Hello. My name is Gary Martel. 
If you're a former client, you probably remember me as
the President of American International Registrars Corp.,
aka AIR*, or from my prior work as a Lead Auditor. Over
the past 30 years I've been a Quality Assurance Manager,
a small business owner, a QMS Lead Auditor, the President
of AIR, and more recently, an Independant Consultant.
I began to think about creating an ISO information website when, as an ANAB-accredited Registrar, I was forbidden to coach my customers with client-specific advice. Without adequate guidance, building an ISO-compliant quality system can be confusing and costly. As a Registrar, it always bothered me that I couldn't give our clients more help. I often saw companies make simple mistakes that should have been prevented by their Quality Managers or Consultants.
